Our Story
Originally formed a number of years ago, Morton Golf Society has grown into a welcoming community of golf lovers from all walks of life.
The Morton Golf Society started with three college friends, who, over the years, have grown to love golf. Their get-togethers would often be held at golf courses or sport shops. As they met more golf enthusiasts and seasoned players over the years it eventually led to the society being formed. Fast forward to today, we now have over 20 members and have consistently been holding annual events to encourage interactions between golf players in and out of Yorkshire.
We’re all ordinary residents ourselves, so we keep our atmosphere warm, fun, and welcoming. Golf is for all (not just a select few), so we’re all eager to keep the “social” culture alive for our beloved game.
